About The Company

The goal of Philippine CO2 Industry Inc. is to be the most reliable, cost-competitive, and customer-oriented supplier of carbon dioxide products. Since the 1970s, the company has accumulated valuable experience and competence in the carbon dioxide (CO2) market. A strong commitment to customer service has, from the beginning, been the underlying philosophy behind the company’s operations.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the company’s core business. Philippine CO2 Industry Inc. is a vertically-integrated company, handling everything from manufacturing, purification, distribution, and product application technologies. The company’s lean organizational structure is able to react quickly to customer needs. Its extensive production and distribution capability enables it to provide a reliable source of carbon dioxide (CO2) and dry ice. It aims to always be the low-cost supplier in the market. Employees are encouraged to strive for continuous improvement in every task.

The carbon dioxide (CO2) that is commercially sold is merely recycled CO2 that has already been used in some other form of industrial process.

Products And Services

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a colorless, tasteless, odorless, and non-flammable gas that is found naturally in our atmosphere. It is essential for plants, which turn it into oxygen during photosynthesis.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) is highly stable since it is difficult to separate. It is the combination of two atoms of oxygen and a single atom of carbon. Its density is about 1.5 times that of air, which means that it is able to displace and sink below oxygen in an environment. Carbon dioxide (CO2) can exist in three forms: in gaseous form, in liquid form, and in solid form.

The product portfolio of Philippine CO2 Industry Inc. includes liquid carbon dioxide in bulk road tankers, compressed carbon dioxide in cylinders, and solid carbon dioxide (or dry ice). Carbon dioxide (CO2) can be used for beverage carbonation, fire suppression, and pH control applications. On the other hand, dry ice is used as a refrigerant for cooling or freezing applications and as a blasting media for cryogenic cleaning applications.
